I Am Not A Fat Acceptor

If you have been following this blog, you know that my troubles stem from posting in a Usenet group called soc-support-fat.acceptance. The moment I posted that the so-called people trolling the group and ridiculing the posters there were idiots, I have been a target. I am not going to re-state the attempts by these same fools to ruin my life other that to say that I will persevere.

I am not a fat acceptor. At no time during my posting history did I say I was. I have no problem paying extra for larger clothing. (They had better FIT though!). I have no problem paying for more room on an airplane should I need it. (I fit into a standard seat and do not require a seat belt extender.) Sadly, even though that I believe legislation should not be needed to force people to give a fat person a fair chance in the workplace, it is necessary because it seems that fat bashing is the last safe prejudice, according to the people that are harassing me. Because of all this, I now have a new motto: "I am not pro fat-I am anti-idiot."

In all of this, I think I have learned a lot about the human condition: I learned why race riots are possible. I learned why the civil rights legislation was necessary. I learned that heroes are made from the most unlikely substrate. I learn how an evil like Hitler was possible. I learned how innuendo can destroy someone if it is allowed to do so. I learned that everyone deserves respect unless they show why it is not deserved. My knowledge of psychology has deepened and my analysis has gotten keener.

So, do I regret taking a stand against idiocy? No. Even with the pain and anxiety and harassment, I have become the victor. It has made me a better person. I will have my day in the sun and my faith in human nature will be vindicated.

You Are Poisoning My Well of Life

In all my battles in Usenet, one thing that has become abundantly clear to me is the following: Some people love gossip and will not hesitate to insult a person without checking to see if the information stated about that person is true or if its source is reliable.

There is a concept called "poisoning the well." One person starts a rumor and it is picked up by others. Soon it is taken up by still others and pretty soon it is treated as fact. These "facts" are soon spread and an on-line character is created with these "attributes" that takes on a life of its own. (My character is named "Blobbi").

Those of you who like to Google a person's name to see if they are "worthy" of your business or interaction, beware of this misuse. You are being used as an instrument of destruction by sadistic people who would seek to crush others' lives. I don't think you mean to hurt others. You are simply trying to protect yourself from unwanted pain and legal entanglements. All I ask of you is to keep an open mind. If you see or hear something derogatory about me or anyone else, ASK questions!!! Do a little digging and find out why this is being said. Don't take unknown resources as gospel truth. To do so without trying to find the truth is to help others commit libel.

I am not gay.
I am not a racist.
I am not unemployed.
I do not have bestiality fantasies.
I am an honorable discharged US army veteran.
I am good at what I do and typing errors make me human not a monster.

I have always believed that humanity is basically good and if given the chance, they will do the right thing. Please don't prove me wrong.

Too Ugly to Have Served Honorably

I cannot have possibly been any good at any time in my life, especialiiy during the time I was in the service. According to my detractors, I simply never should have been-period.

This is the Oracle (Jim Dutton) that has decided that I am something to ruin and you know what? Thanks to the ability to hide his identity, he can do it an wipe it away. Thanks to people who accept this behavior and walk away without fighting it. Yes, folks I believe this is Jim Dutton or someone very close to him. Remember the FAQ I referenced in earlier postings? Am I so expendable and worthless and ugly that my issue and existence are of no consequence to anyone? Apparently most think so. They say

Just the FAQ, Ma'am-All According to Jimmy

Jimmy Dutton is a bully. He thinks that all should operate according to his wishes and those who don't will pay. He has taken a potential gift for writing and turned into a perversion and an obsession. Since 2004, he has done all he can to hurt me professional and personally. The FAQ he prepared is a perfect example:

DOES BOBBI SANCHEZ BELIEVE THAT THE "MOST DESPISED" VETERANS LIKE TIMOTHY MCVEIGH DESERVE FREE HEALTH CARE AND AN HONOR GUARD BURIAL?

I posted that the most despised veteran deserved his/her veteran's benefits if they served honorably. I was thinking of Jimmy himself, who was supposedly a NAVY SEAL (I certainly despise him) and mentally deficient veterans that make polite society uncomfortable. The homeless and so on. At no time did I reference people like Timothy McVeigh. This is a case of taking my words out of context.

HAS BOBBI SANCHEZ EVER ENGAGED IN UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR AS A RECRUITER?

Jimmy reposted a posting I sent to a legal newsgroup ( in July 2000)about a pending lawsuit. I had posted job postings on a web site that belonged to another company. As I said in the posting. It was a dumb thing to do. I never intended to not pay either company, but again Jimmy is quick to make me seem like a mass murderer. I resolved the issue and was never sued. Don't you think they would have sued me if I truly was unethical you pathetic REPROBATE?

In 2004 idiots posting as black people were "hitting"on me in the group and others were saying that I was so ugly/damaged/desperate/degenerate that all I could get was a black boyfriend. I have dated black men and have found most to be intelligent, gentle, fun loving and great dates. I decided to turn the table on these idiots that I knew were not really black. I posted the following:

"The lower half of one black man is worth 10 complete white men. When I (expletive) I like MEN, not little sissyboys that have to talk from behind their mommy's skirt. I love the bothas (brothers)"

From this statement, Jimmy decides I am racist. What a maroon. I tell them that the average idiot in the group is teen aged and white,I am labeled racist. I tell an idiot who is pretending to be Arab and knowing this, I told him his turban was wound too tight.

Insulting yes but not racist. More libel, Jimmy.

Little Jimmy Dutton Is a School Yard Bully

You know, some males never grow up. I am sure that a lot of women would agree with that statement. Not all men are little boys in men's bodies but some simply never outgrow some aspects of boyhood. One of these areas is bullying. Remember the bully who beat up up because he could? That's the guy. In my last post, I posted about Jimmy's hangup with pigs. Well, after I turned him in for writing piggy porn about me in 2004, he decided to write this FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) about me and it is up to 21 pages. Talk about obsession! In it, he put any and all he could think of that could hurt me professionally and personally. He truly didn't understand why I was such a poor sport in not accepting his piggy porn stories. (BTW: If you want to see the entire postings that I reference or quote from, I will be happy to send it to you-headers and all. This includes the poor legal counsel this dunderhead decides to hire to claim libel. As they say-if it is true-it ain't libel, Bubba)

What I am going to go is post about certain sections of this FAQ across several postings so as to not bore (BORE...ARGGGHHHH!!!) my readers, for this is an interesting story indeed. I am not going to include the numbers.

WHAT IS BOBBI SANCHEZ'S ONLINE SCREEN NAME?

Jimmy wants everyone to know where to find me. No secret there. I post under the nym of Lady Veteran. I use a REAL email address and make no effort to hide my identity. I am an honorably discharged US Army veteran and I have earned the right to call my sell myself a Lady Veteran. "Lady" in this case is relating to being female and has nothing to go with breeding or manners. In my opinion, idiots deserve nothing approaching manners or bedding.

WHAT DOES BOBBI SANCHEZ LOOK LIKE?

No secret there either. Some some poor fool has placed an altered picture up at a website called http://fatreality.netforms.com/blobbi.htm.

Notice that my first name has been bastardized to "Blobbi." This is the character that Jimmy and his little friends have created containing the labels they try to force on me and that I refuse to wear. My picture is contained on this blog and you can see for yourself that I am not anything but an ordinary person.

ARE BOBBI SANCHEZ'S TEETH REALLY THAT UGLY?

Jimmy says Yes and leaves it at that. What I focus on is the fact that I have all except 3 of my teeth and they are strong and fulfill their purpose. Yes, it would be nice to have a movie-star smile, but I am not going to cry about my teeth not being perfectly white. They are not and so what.

BOBBI SANCHEZ WILL CLAIM THAT THE PICTURE WAS ALTERED. WHAT SAY YOU?

"Bobbi Sanchez does claim that the picture was altered, but only the name tag was added." (see website above). My teeth were colored brown as well.

HAS BOBBI SANCHEZ BEEN FIRED FROM A JOB AS A RESULT OF HER USENET ACTIVITIES?

"Bobbi Sanchez lost a job several years ago by posting her usual racist (according to Jimmy) profane, violent message from her company's account. More recently she was fired after letting her supervisor know about her Usenet activity."

Here he reposts something I posted in a professional group:

" One of my candidates did a search on my name in Google, and came up with all this garbage and he sent it to me. It this hadn't happened, I would have kept it to my self and fought it privately like I have been doing the last 8 years. I believe that the supervisor who let me go was told to do so by upper management because that is one way to be rid of trouble: the company's reputation remains intact and the "trouble" (me) is eliminated. I have become a throw-away human being."

No rest for the weary. I warned then and was rewarded with dismissal.

This FAQ highlights the case in point. Jimmy and his friends do a Google search and if my name is connected to a company he makes sure that it is imported into SSFA as in the tittle: "BOBBI SANCHEZ OF (COMPANY)POSTS (VIOLENT/RACIST, etc)." Of course, anyone doing a Google search will pick this up. It matters not to anyone that it is LIBEL, pure and simple. People who know me can vouch I am none of these things but that matters not to Little Jimmy Dutton.

The Mind of a Pervert

In the previous blogs, I have written about why I post in soc.support.fat-acceptance. I have written about the disgusting things that these "trolls" say about fat people in general and about me in particular because I trade insult for insult. The list is not complete by any means. However before I continue the list, an explanation is in order.

Meet Jimmy. Jimmy has a friend named Mike. These real-life Beevis and Butthead wannabes like to post on Usenet and they get great joy out of poking sticks at the "fatties" in the group. They both in particular like poking virtual sticks at me in particular because I will communicate back to them exactly how disgusting I think of what they and their fellow idiots are in what they do to the people in SSFA. Mike is a lawyer and Jimmy is a systems administrator. Between the two of them they have great fun acting like a couple of high-school kids so between the two of them they decide to tease me about having sex with pigs. I made no secret about the fact that I was highly offended and that only a pervert would even think of such a things. As the insults got heavier I informed them both that I was going to report them unless they stopped. Mike put up a web site that had my picture on it with little pigs entering my mouth. Jimmy went a lot further, being the computer expert that he was and is, he could do much better.

He began to write stories. Stories of a hygienically challenged fat woman who could not get any loving, so she got it in the barnyard:

"A few questions if you don't mind? When did you first try to indoctrinate your 1st disciple into the worship of boar semen? That is to say that after wallowing for years in relative obscurity doing your own thing by the cover of darkness and gagging the boars to muffle the satiated oinking in the still of the night when did you first think to yourself 'Hey, I love boar fluffing and I bet other people would too.'

Givin (sic) your current documented oath of loyalty to boar love how do you choose who you think would be open to this, as you call it 'Religion of the Engorged Boar?'

I believe you said (another poster) said he approached you about being the Boar Master of Ceremonies. Were you relieved to find your first convert had such a degree of practical experience in boar massage and lastly what island nation was the degree from again?

It's not that I don't believe your boar escapades but I hope you don't mind my checking some of your references as your tales or tails as the case may be of boar semen exploits are a little hard to fathom.

Oh, and for the record, I have found no corroboration that your assertion that boar semen makes not only a great breast cream but also a good shampoo."

That is mild compared to what comes later:

Bobbi Sanchez and I had been lovers for just a few weeks but it was very intense. Her big manhands. Her stubbed mannish chin. That haircut. When she strapped one of her jumbo rubber boar (expletive) it was enough to make a girl weak in the knees. I'd wondered why she's chose boar (expletive) instead of the man (expletive) that most of my manhanded diesel dyke lovers have enjoyed ramming into (you get the picture). I never got around to asking about it. I figured her kink was OK so long as she was OK with mine. I'd make her read passages from 'Green Eggs and Ham' while she was pumping me in the (expletive) with the one she called ole twisty-Ooh Baby!"

It gets worse from there. He goes on to describe in detail how I stimulate the boars. Making a long story short, I reported him to his employer in 2004. Feedback says that I really turned his world upside down. He did all this from his job, in his office on his employer's time and it is MY FAULT that he got into trouble.

He and Mike have been harassing me every since and neither can understand why I don't get the joke.

They are right. I don't-so sue me.

Why Idiots Infest a Fat-Acceptance Newsgroup

In my adventures on the groups of Usenet, I consider my home group soc.support.fat-acceptance. I very seldom post from other groups, even though responses have been cross posted according to the idiot heaving the insult to which I wish to respond. In this group, troublemakers called "trolls" deliberately post things that make the regular posters angry or upset in some other way. I have always suspected that, while there have been relatively few posters that defend the right of fat people to exist without obsessing about diets or gym memberships, there was many people who read without posting. These people are called "lurkers." I suspect that most of these lurkers are overweight people who have internalized the stereotypes aimed at fat people. You know the ones:

Fat people are morally bankrupt.
Fat people have poor hygiene.
Fat people are lazy.
Fat people are gluttons.
Fat people are slobs.
No one can really love a fat person. Use them and throw them away.
Fat people have no sense of self-control.

The list is endless...

Why do supposedly law-abiding individual people, who would never be disrespectful to another person in real life, who conform to what society demands of them, hide their identity using anonymous remailers, then say and do such ugly things?

Please tell me what you think of the following comments:

1. "His name is Mr. .357. He loves you. He will never argue with you. He will take your pain away. Instantly. Waddle to the shower. Flop all the bacon lard to the side. Stick Mr. .357 up your hairy nose. Squeeze...don't pull. BWAM!! Now you'll feel better. We'll feel better. The maid won't. The soap factory people are smiling. I'm laughing so hard my ribs are aching. BWAM! BWAM! BWAM!"
2. "The good guys have seen your credit report. Your work history and your medical history on my website. (at the end of this drivel he writes) Now get down to the bottom of the boar vat where you belong until I decide to (expletive) in your face again cow(expletive)"
3. Defamation of character is common with these cowards: "Actually, she (me) is a confirmed lesbian (I am not gay) who frequents the dyke bars in the Dallas (Texas) area. She got kicked out of the service because she was found out." (that is a lie as well.)
4. "I'm calling (my my client) tomorrow. If she still works there, she is in (expletive) for sending abusive emails. (I insulted his manhood) ... I have their toll-free number from their website right in front of me."
5. "Blobbi I'm sorry already. That you like having sex with boars. Save the boars. I am sorry Blobbi is entertaining her animals right now. Please call back."
6. One idiot in particular started writing bestiality pornography with me as the subject. He was saying that I was having sex with pigs. I warned him that I was going to turn him and I did in 2004. He has been harassing me ever since.

All I can say is that if you think this is acceptable behavior to display against someone who objects to ridicule and stereotyping, there is something wrong with your thought processes.

I am no angel. I have used off-color language to describe what I think of these so-called people. However I can say that I have done none of the things I am accused of and will fight it to the end.

They Say Usenet is a Sewer-Here is Why They are Right

I have been involved in blogging for a short time in my professional life and thought I would try the same in my personal life. It won't be nearly as pretty or well put together because I am going to discuss the seamier side of the Internet. This seamier side is known to the world as Usenet.

Those of you who are familiar with Usenet know that it is a series of articles devoted to various topics; some involve computers, others involve music, and still others involve people providing support for an issue. This support could be to quit smoking or to go on a diet. The good news is that there is no regulation or censorship. The bad news is that there is no verification of any statements that one would make in these groups/articles and that some people will believe anything they read as long it is to the determent of someone else.

Since June 2000, I have posted in a group in Usenet called soc.support.fat-acceptance. Prior to that, I had really not given Usenet much thought except as to its metamorphosis from the ARPANET used in the 1960's. As I scanned the groups, I came across this group regarding fat acceptance. I downloaded the articles and began reading. I was amazed at the insults and put-downs aimed at fat people.

"Slice Long and deep!"
"Fat People are not fit to live!"
"Fat People need to be rounded up and put in concentration camps!"

All this was peppered with various levels of ridicule. This guy going by the nym (phony name used by a troll posting from an anonymous server) of Marty was telling someone named Debby that he was going to report her to the Canadian disability people for faking a disability. Why? Because she dared to object to his rants. Of course I had to "say" something. I wrote that I thought his behavior was terrible and that his insults were not necessary.

That one statement turned me into a target with real-life harassment that is going on today.
